I’m delighted to be co-hosting this event with some amazing fellow practitioners. The Libran Equinox represents a balance between day and night. Libra – the zodiac sign of the scales – symbolises balance, justice and peace. This is the perfect time for us to come together to align and balance ourselves.

I’m hosting an Astrology session where I’ll talk about the big transits coming up in the 6 months ahead and how they will affect the collective, and each of us individually.

Lou from Rainbow Room is a relaxing, healing sound bath to realign our chakras. She’s also hosting a session sharing how we can balance the masculine and feminine to enable us to live more in alignment.

Mel from Lovegrove is offering a Vinyasa yoga session in the morning and a relaxing yin yoga session in the afternoon.

Jenny from Flourish Wellness will lead us in a deep meditation.

We are planning to end our day together with a Fire Pit Meditation but this is weather-dependent – let’s manifest a beautiful, dry day!

All of this, plus hot drinks, healthy snacks and a goody bag are included in the ticket price.

Please bring a picnic lunch and a refillable water bottle.
