I’m very happy to be offering this full day deep immersion workshop with Rainbow Shaman’s Lisa Bridge. it will be a day of self-nourishment through the mediums of movement, inner journey work, astrology and sound.

MORNING 10 am - 1pm

Conscious Movement, Inner Soul Work With the Power Stone Cards and Shamanic Drum Journey with Lisa.

Following arrival and introductions, we will start our day working with movement to remove trapped trauma, tension, supressed emotions and stress that we store in our bodies and have some fun to release those endorphins!

In the second part of the morning, we will work with self-expression to strengthen connection to higher self for inspiring soul growth, healing and reflection using the Power Stone cards as a tool to for soul growth. You will then be given the opportunity to go on a drum journey to deepen your awareness and ground this learning.

BREAK FOR LUNCH 1 -2 pm
Bring your own lunch to sit by the river where the Eleventh house is situated or you can buy food and take a walk around Wimborne Town.

AFTERNOON 2 - 4.30 pm

Astrology & Sound Bath Meditation with Sophie

After lunch, Sophie will be showing us how to utilise and strengthen our soul’s journeying through our astrological profile, working with the powerful new moon in Pisces to manifest the life of your dreams!

There will then be an afternoon break for cacao and nourishing snacks (included) and the day will end with a wonderful empowering guided meditation and crystal sound bath with Sophie.
